We understand that in this industry every minute is valuable. That is why we make it simple and efficient to get started with Apex Transit. The easy to fill in credit application and agreement form is the only thing we will need to get setup to ship for you. Once the forms are submitted, we will reach out to see how we can help you with your shipping needs.

    This is the address that will appear on your invoices. If you pay through a payment service, that address is the one needed.

    Please provide at least three (up to five) U.S. credit references.
